This wasn't supposed to happen.

It's 2023. I'd been out of grad school for a year with no job and no prospects. I got a Master's in Animation and the whole industry had cratered. I needed something to do.

I have always loved movies and their transformative power, and I grew up running around the clothing store where my grandmother was a seamstress. There's lots of merch out there with movie logos on it, especially at the big box store, but I always wanted shirts that conveyed the message of those great films, their essences. And that's how Reelboy was born.

What started off as a hobby for me has grown into a full-blown obsession and I'm so stoked to share it with you all. I hope my designs bring you as much joy as they bring me!
